So much for the executive posturing in Vicenza about staying in Italy...err Romania...err...

It's only a matter of time until more and more of Campagnolo's production sneaks (sotto voce) off to Asia. With that said I'll be one of the first attaching Campagnolo EPS to my bike this spring...no matter where it's made.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13249262744379191857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-172202953319134786.post-34194327729985459362011-11-06T14:15:01.639-08:002011-11-06T14:15:01.639-08:00Great article, finely written and sums up wonderfu...Great article, finely written and sums up wonderfully why so many of us are Campagnolo afficionados. Personally I wouldn't ride anything else. After almost 26 years of cycling I have four road bikes, all of them with Campy gruppos. The oldest, Super Record from 1985, is mounted on a Masi Gran Criterium and has at least 100,000 kilometers on it and still works perfectly. What else needs to be said? Viva Italia! Viva Campagnolo!

MarkMark da Campigliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01928536085493137444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-172202953319134786.post-89505596665209817532011-11-05T08:09:20.873-07:002011-11-05T08:09:20.873-07:00Grazie for making this available! Our passion for ...Grazie for making this available! Our passion for Campagnolo is well known and they are one of our official suppliers. I joke with Kattus that CycleItalia is probably the worst sponsorship value he has as there's NO way we'd switch to one of their competitors if they decided not to help us! One analogy (as if there were not enough in the article)is exemplified in the film "Big Night". The two brothers from Italy are Campagnolo while across the street, Pascal is Shimano/SRAM. The price was secondary because I wanted to pay a decent fair price to the artisans who helped ,make the products. Sure, I could have opted cheaply and went to the overseas mass produced solution. No way!
Thanks.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07956235725087632390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-172202953319134786.post-11962553813847806762011-11-04T11:13:03.207-07:002011-11-04T11:13:03.207-07:00Great, great read.
