- Opening Ceremony: 3.30-7.00 PM
- Team presentations: 4.05 – 5.35 PM

Saturday, May 4, 2013:
Napoli: Piazza del Plebiscito, 1st stage start: 2.20 PM
Napoli: Via Caracciolo, 1st stage finish: 5.15 PM (approximately, after 156 km)
