Review: Pistard Jersey, Part I
The jersey, designed for summer riding, comes in white and black; I chose the white to review.
Upon opening the packaging the first impression I had was how beautifully designed and detailed the jersey is. It shouldn't be surprising given that it is designed and made in Italy. The technical mesh fabric has a very comfortable feel and is designed to keep the body cool and offer natural UV protection, and is anti-bacterial and odor resistant. Photos I've taken of the jersey I received (click to enlarge):

Within the next few days I will go on a test ride and report my findings in Part II of the review of the Pistard jersey. In the meantime visit www.pistard.cc to see all their products.

Pistard: Made in Italy Bikewear Collection

Pistard was born in Milan in July from the wish to create a high-quality collection of technical cyclewear with a unique Italian look, offering comfort and protection using the latest fabric technologies. The Pistard collection offers products for performance and urban cycling.
I recommend you take a look at www.pistard.cc; as is said, a picture is worth a thousand words. The name “pistard” evokes the elegance, beauty, and simplicity of track cyclists competing in velodromes.
Items that caught my eye:
Short sleeve cycling jersey with features such as grip tape inside the waist to keep it close to the body, technical mesh on the back, five pockets on the back for accessories and food (one of them with waterproof zip to protect your phone or ipod). Also, reflector inserts at back and a covered zipper.

The "Giro" limited edition bike pants. These Pistard pants can be worn every day, with or without your bike. The pants use fabric that repels water and stains and with the No Cranck Fastening System ® on the right leg you can to avoid any problem between the chain and the crank. And, of course, pink stitching.
