Above is La Stampa's prediction of the route, and stages, of the 2011 Giro d'Italia. Best not to plan your vacation dates just yet. The official presentation is this Saturday, October 23rd.
See additional details of the penultimate stage, Stage 20, here that were leaked earlier today.

We hope the Finestre/Sestriere stage makes a comeback! It's an awesome, epic climb that creates images of the old days, just like the 2010 stage to Montalcino. We'll hope it does NOT rain though!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Besides Lienz-Zoncolan, they also have Conegliano-Grossglockner, Spilimbergo-Val di Fassa Gardeccia, and a climbing cronometro Belluno-Nevegal. I'll try to make all 4 stages (good Lord willing!)
