  1. Certainly have changed...but for the better? There's little argument that this was the golden age of cycling. We try to recreate some of this spirit on our cycling tours - though we STOP to eat our midday spaghetti!

  2. I have a hard enough time yanking my jersey zipper down without getting into a fork and spoon pasta twirl while riding no hands. These images are great.
