Cuccuini Libero at L'Eroica


I like this photograph because it reminds me of all the Italian old-timers that still ride strong. Here is Sig. Cuccuini who at 88 years was riding at the L'Eroica. Not only that, he was good friends with Gino Bartali.

    We hope within the next decade we can join the "old people who still ride bikes in Italy" when we retire to live somewhere in La Bella Italia!

    88 - amazing. I love seeing examples like this.

    Ride on "old man" - gives me encouragement that I potentially have many. many riding years left.
