Max Lelli Bikes – New US Website Launch

Max Lelli is an ex-professional Italian born in Manciano (near Grosseto, in Tuscany). He participated in 14 Tours de France, cycling alongside such legends as Argentin, Cipollini, Fondriest, Bartoli, and Casagrande. He won a team time trial at the Tour de France with the team Ceramiche Arriostea. At the Giro d'Italia his best finish was 3rd overall in 1991 (and 4th in 1993), winning the Monviso and Selva d Valgardena stages as well as the white jersey as best young rider of the Giro. He participated in three world championships, won on two occasions the Giro di Toscana, and became the Italian time trial champion. In 1996 he became the first Italian to win the Tour of Portugal. In 1997 Max won the most important race in the USA: the Core States championship in Philadelphia. Here is the press release announcing his company's new U.S. website:

Max Lelli USA is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, http://www.maxlellibikes.com/. The parent company of Max Lelli USA, Liger LLC, was incorporated in 2007 in order to distribute Max Lelli bicycles in the U.S. With the launch of the new site, Max Lelli offers most bikes with six possible kit options, with a choice of Shimano or SRAM components. Moreover, the purchase of frames and forks alone will be available. The Brigante and the Tiburzi Basic complete bikes will now be offered at promotional discounted prices. The site also offers information on the complete lineup of carbon fiber road racing bikes, time trial bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, and a wind tunnel tested triathlon bike made by Max Lelli Bicycles.

Max Lelli’s products are designed using Max’s experience as a professional cyclist and Italian flair for style, and constructed to maximize performance at the most competitive price possible. Using the latest carbon fiber technology and sensible geometry and topping that with visually striking graphics, Max Lelli Bicycles strives to offer the discerning bike buyer a product that is top-of-the-line technically as well as unusual and eye-catching.

Max Lelli bicycles are used by a cadre of highly ranked professional endurance athletes, most specializing in half- to full Ironman triathlons. Alessandro Degasperi burst on the scene with his win at 70.3 Wiesbaden in Germany in 2008. Alberto Casadei, only 24 years old and racing since age 13, is the multi-time Italian champion in the double Olympic distance and was second at Timberman 70.3 this past year."
