Ciclotte
Luca Schieppati has designed the Ciclotte, an exercise bike unlike any other. It uses an "epicycloid mechanism" to replicate the road bike experience.
How the mechanism works: turn the pedals and the epicycloid crank system—a set of eccentric gears—spins the magnetized main wheel. This in turn generates a magnetic field and plenty of resistance.
The Ciclotte is entirely designed and made in Italy.
Availability: "soon".
Price: $10,700 If you buy one please write a review for us.
Really, I don't make this stuff up.
