The new Wilier is now set to be unveiled on June 15th; there had been a day-based count timer in May indicating that it would be unveiled on May 18th but when that day arrived the Wilier site had the new date of June 15th.
As to the model name: it was referred to as the 799 at Taipei Cycle show, CICLISMO magazine refers to it as the Sette99 and the Wilier site refers to it as the Zero.7.
The complete bike as pictured is said to weigh 5.8kg (12 pounds, 6 oz).
