Completing the podium was teammate Kristin Anderson ( -3.8 seconds) and Linda Melanie Villumsen (-4.13 seconds, Team Columbia High Road).
The highest placed Italian was Noemi Cantele (Bigla Cycling Team), in 12th while five time GiroDonne winner Fabiana Luperini (Selle Italia Ghezzi) was 16 seconds down from the pink jersey.
Emma Mackie (Lotto Belisol) was down 2 seconds from Luperini.
