Selle Italia is apparently working on a special mirror for introduction in 2012. The small mirror, with a body of carbon fiber and a minimalist design, is designed to be installed on the brake levers. The "special" is this: the mirror will display speed, heart rate, cadence, and other bike computer data.
In short, it seems to be only a mirror but it's much more.
