The famous "Super" model name from the 70s and 80s from Colnago is back for 2010. This time as a fixed/single speed bike. It will be sold only fully assembled and in the color as shown. Other details: horizontal dropouts and a flip/flop hub, Sugino 48 tooth crankset and 18T cog, Tektro brakes, silver FSA Orbit X headset, and Colnago branded handlebar.
Stories, including cycling trip stories, for the Italian Cycling Journal welcome; contact veronaman@gmail.com
This is a gorgeous bicycle, even with Tektro brakes, but will it find a signficant market at US$1900? Perhaps if it has the cachet of being welded up in Italy like the Master X-Light...but kudos to Colnago for real style here in a very simple bicycle.
ReplyDeleteSuper is right! That's a nice looking bike.
