I've received late info that Cervelo is going forward with producing a limited run of a Giro d'Italia 100th edition bike. The details that I have are that they will be sold as framesets (RS) only in sizes XS, 51, 54, 56, 58. Availability will be in April. Cost will be approximately $2,500.
Best to contact your Cervelo dealer, or Cervelo, about order information, and to confirm the bike is the same as presented (photo above) in Milan at EICMA.
