Spanish rider Angel Vicioso, Androni Giocattoli-C.I.P.I, was the stage winner yesterday in Rapallo.
David Millar, (Garmin-Cervélo), became the race leader and said he will wear the Giro d'Italia’s maglia rosa in honor of Wouter Weylandt.
Today's stage 4 from Genova Quarto Dei Mille to Livorno, 216 km, is rated "Media Montagna".
